The Request for Bids can be downloaded here and can also be obtained at the Charlotte Library or the Charlotte Town Hall.
Sealed bids are due by 4:00 PM November 13, 2023
Mailed or hand delivered to: Nathaniel Bareham, Town Administrator, Charlotte Town Office, 159 Ferry Road, P.O. Box 119, Charlotte, VT 05445—envelopes should be labeled “Cleaning Contract Bid”. If hand delivering, use the mail slot to the right of the front door.
Bids are to be opened on November 13 at 6:45 PM at the Town Office.
The Town of Charlotte reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason, and may not necessarily select the lowest bid.
