Specific rooms can be rented during regular business hours based on availability. Evening and weekend rentals are available by the room rental or for the entire building (maximum occupancy: 100 people).

Rooms Available for Rental
Wally Gates Cafe
In the warm and comfortable cafe there are 10- 4ft square tables and 40 chairs, but we can seat up to 50 people comfortably with additional folding tables and chairs. The room includes a 5ft x 2 ft moveable serving table and a full size kitchen with plenty of counter space. You may serve food using a caterer or carry-in your own. Use of dishes are not included in the rental. During the warmer weather, use of the outdoor patio with two cafe tables with umbrellas and chairs is available.
Walter Irish Great Room
This large space is perfect for larger gatherings of up to 50 people. There are 38 folding chairs (additional chairs available ) with 10-folding 4ft tables and 5-folding 6ft tables for use. Included in this room is a Steinway spinet piano. This room is perfect for recitals, presentations, lectures and discussion groups or larger family gatherings and events.
Charlotte Friends Conference Room
This room is perfect for a business retreat or meeting and seats 10-12 people comfortably. Currently this room is under renovations- stay tuned for updated photos and rental availability.
Shirley Bean Library
In this cozy room for smaller meetings of 4-6 people, there is a 4ft circular wood table and 6 chairs. The personal ambience of this room makes this room the perfect venue for a book club or more personal and private discussions.
