Create an Account
If you are unsure if you have an account, you can check for an existing account. And if you do not have an account, you can easily create a new account. To create an account, click on the Database button above and set up a username and password and enter your information. Note: if you completed the paper participant form, we have updated your information into the database for you, however please create your password and confirm that the information entered into the database is correct.

How to Register
You can register in person at the Senior Center, by phone at 802-425-6345, and online through our new database. Some activities require registration directly with the program leader and will be noted in the program description. Most of our exercise classes do not require registration unless the class is offered as a multi-week session. Click on the Senior Center Database button above and login with your username and password. Questions? Please do not hesitate to call or stop by the Senior Center and we are more than happy to help you with your registration and questions about the database.
How to Pay
You may drop off your cash or check payment at the Center or mail a check to P.O. Box 207, Charlotte, VT 05445. Please make your check out to Charlotte Senior Center (CSC) and write the full name of the course in the memo section of your check. We are no longer able to take online payments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
For courses that require pre-payment to register (these are typically multi-week sessions), payment must be received at least one week in advance of the start of the course. Refunds are given up until one week prior to a course’s beginning, minus a 20% non-refundable fee. No refunds are given for course sessions you are not able to attend, nor can we prorate a course’s cost for missed sessions. A full refund will be given if we cancel a course due to low enrollment. For classes that do not require registration, you will have the option to be invoiced and pay monthly. See the details on our payments, cancellation, and refunds policy..
